We indicate 14-28 days for delivery. Our elves are new to this, so we’d rather be realistic about it and make sure that we suggest something we can achieve, and we’ll improve as we get practice. You can get in touch with the packaging and delivery elves at shop@myradbot.com if you want to talk to us – please quote your order number.

We recycle packaging wherever possible, so please don’t be surprised if you receive a box that has another company’s name on the outside. We’ll make sure that your valves and boiler controllers will reach you in good condition with sufficient padding for normal shipping hazards.

We are required to charge UK VAT on all sales to the EU. If you are VAT registered in your own country and outside of the UK, please contact us at hello@myradbot.com with your VAT number and we can remove the VAT from the invoice.

We use a tracked delivery service for packages including valves, and we’ll be in touch if your address is viewed as unusual by the delivery company (e.g. BFPO, Highlands).
